Terms of Enrolment
Below is a list of the key features of our terms of trade, payment method, lesson scheduling and cancellation policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions or concerns arising from this policy statement.
LESSON SCHEDULING & ENROLLING
Lessons occur at the same time each week. It is therefore important that you attend your lesson on time.
Lesson length can vary depending on age and level of the student.
Casual lessons which are not recommended, can be scheduled on request and are available at a different rate.
Lessons are paid in advance per term (or by mutual arrangement) and regardless of students attendance. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to allocate the lesson slot to another student.
If you need to cancel your lesson (for sickness or any other reason), and you provide at least two days notice, your teacher will try to reschedule it. This must happen within the same term, depending on teacher space availibilty. However, there will be no more than two lessons rescheduled per term.
THREE WEEKS NOTICE is required if lessons are going to be permanently cancelled.
Under no circumstances are any fees paid refundable.
